Located at Level 3, Shaw Centre, it serves authentic ramen, and chicken dishes with a no-pork, no-lard policy. Each dish is crafted with care, featuring rich, umami broths and tender chicken chashu. From comforting ramen to crispy karaage, TORIJIN promises a flavour-packed feast for all.
Quality ingredients sourced locally and from Japan.
We don't hold back when it comes to flavour. Our chicken stock is made from locally sourced, mature hens (aged 2–4 years), releasing more bone marrow for a richer, deeper flavour.
We carefully source our ingredients, including Hokkaido rice and kombu, and sea salt. Our chicken and eggs come from local free-range farms, ensuring fresh, high-quality ingredients in every dish. This dedication to quality and preparation makes our dishes truly exceptional.
